    1. At 3:15, how many degrees there between the two hands of a clock? (J.P. Morgan interview
    question).
    2. In the Chicago subway system there are two escalators for going up but only one for going down to

    1. Describe an intervention that you have seen implemented badly, or which had poor or limited
    impact.
    a) What would you do differently?
    2) If you were interviewing someone for this position at Raízen, what CSs would you present to your
    interviewee?
