RE: RELEGATION FROM FKF NATIONAL DIVISION TWO LEAGUE

The above subject matter refers.

Eshimambo FC has failed to honor three matches hereunder:

1) Mayenje Santos FC vs Eshimambo FC

2) Kona Rangers FC vs Eshimambo FC
3) Malaba Giants FC vs Eshimambo FC

Rules governing Kenyan football states:

“3.1.12. Any club in a league format that does not turn up for three (3) fixtures in a season and
their explanation, under Rule 3.1.7. is not accepted in all the three (3) incidences to the
FKF National Leagues and Competitions Committee, shall be suspended for the rest of
the season, shall be relegated to a lower league for the next season and may face other
disciplinary action.
3.1.13. If a club withdraws or is dismissed /demoted from a competition of the league format
when it has played less than 50% of the league, the results involving the withdrawn or
dismissed club shall be nullified.”

The club is hereby relegated and all results involved nullified.
