The promoters and patrons of The Trust have well connects and deep rooted understanding
in education and services sector practices. Core activities of The Trust in the training sector
have a history date back. Prior to forming the Trust, the team was engaged into imparting
quality training on various industry sector skills. To name a few, it envisaged genuine
demands for training in industrial fire and safety practices and thus organized a few batches
of training on Fire & safety, which saw a real good success. Quite a good numbers of
trainees were placed in job immediately after completion of their trainings. Similarly, the
team also completed successfully a few trainings on corporate skills, soft skills.

few years! The TRUST now nurtures three clear and focused business divisions as

careers. Our journey started off from Kolkata and spreads its wings in sub-urban district

Mahendra Nath Ghosh Educational and Welfare Trust - a public charitable trust based at 7 Suren Thakur
Road, Gariahat, Kolkata in West Bengal, has been registered for undertaking CSR activities. Driven by its
primary vision, commitment and focus of the “Trust”, MNG Academy with multiple outlets and “State of
the Art Training Facility” at a prime location in Kolkata, has been on the growth trajectory for the last
three years.

In line with the Government of India’s National Skill Development Mission, the "Trust" seeks to cater to
the skill development needs of various regions across the country, to begin with in eastern and North-
eastern India.

MNG, as a Special Member of a pan-India Chamber of Commerce, is on the job to link with major pool of
top 20 CSR stakeholders of retail sector and healthcare sector, having investment portfolio and focus on
creation of 20 satellite community connect centres or delivery centres across east and north east
corridor.
