Task 2 – Tracking Your Time

To learn how to manage your time, use the chart below to keep track of your activities for 24
hours per day for 7 consecutive days. Keep this form with you during the days you are logging
your time so you can enter your time accurately. Every few hours, jot down a descriptive
category for what you have done with your time since your last entry. Try to round to the nearest
hour if less or more than an hour.
