1.2.4 Enforcement and oversight
1.2.5 Recordkeeping and audit.

1.3 Application:
1.3.1 This Programme applies to any visitor to Havelock One factory.
1.3.2 Visitor includes customers, clients, family & friends, delivery people, utility
workers, job seeker, inspectors, delegations, etc.
