    212-Week 1 HOMEWORK & PREPARATION

    • Check MIO this week – if there are no changes to your level get your textbooks and
    activate your online account. We will review this next week.
    • Bring your Goals Grammar Book i+interactif Code to class next week.
    • WAIT FOR CLASS CODE BEFORE COMPLETING ONLINE GRAMMAR ACTIVITIES or
    results DO NOT count.
    • Goals Grammar Homework: Review Unit 1 (p.1-11) & Preview Unit 8 (p.78-91)
    • Find a short on-line biography of a living scientist for a person who has made a
    contribution to your field of study. Bring it with you to class next week (printed or on a
    device). In small groups, you will briefly present the scientist to your group giving at
    least 3-5 details (Educational/Personal background, Professional contributions to the
    field, achievements, why you chose this person, etc.)
