1. Process of making an Oreo cookie pie
• This process is about how to make an Oreo cookie pie, this is made cold, I mean that the pie is
finished, it must be refrigerated so that it can be eaten.

PROCESS: OUTPUTS:
INPUTS:
• Crush 25 Oreo cookies in a food processor.
• 1 package cream cheese Oreo cookie pie
• Then mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
and up sides of 35 cm plate, then put it in the fridge while you make the filling.

• Beat together a package of cream cheese with the sugar and with the vanilla extract.

2. T-shirt order process
A company called Textiles Marelyn manufactures shirts based on the client´s specifications, in this case the
client is the Logistics’ company, they made an order for polo shirts with a special design.

3. How to manage a restaurant?
• Making a process diagram will allow the restaurant to make better use of all its resources and manage its processes
effectively and efficiently.

voice of the costumer, prices, sales control.
