Purpose and aim of the unit

This unit provides knowledge on the knowledge, skills and behaviors required to be a Human Resource
Professional either as a Generalist or a Specialist. The unit provides knowledge on the broad perspective
to be developed by a Human Resource Practitioner and the competencies to acquired. The unit also
explains the need for an HR Practitioner to be ethical, business focus with good interpersonal skills.

Learning Outcomes
