He observed that, post covid there was
sudden change in trend in people eating habit and consumer are now more into the health oriented products. One fine morning this idea just spontaneously came around , that why not this thing he was having for breakfast? Why cannot it be on plate of people across the world .makhana itself being a super food and it's rich texture and creamy soothing flavours makes it fit to replace the unhealthy popcorn .
They started with in house build machine and
equipment but later as the demand increased, they were unable to cater the demand just with those machines,so such a necessity led to PMFME scheme and he says it was like God's gift raining down on him at correct time , he got his loan sanctioned and machines installated. At present time he is not only selling in domestic market but also exporting his products to countries like UAE , UK . He thanks a lot to MOFPI and Department of Industries Bihar for their timely support but he claims his journey is not ending anytime soon . He is on a quest to place his superfood in every bowl of the world .
