with people who have a deep digital reach.
 Build a community for your customers and think of things
that you can bring them that are different to others.
 Ask social media experts for references when they offer
advice.
 Always participate with your community.
 Be sure to know where your customers are and make sure
they are able to reach you.
 Make sure to let your personality and character show
through the things you say.
 It’s not appropriate to be a one way machine on social
media, be sure to answer and provide people with
information when they ask.

well as create relationships.

 Use twitter to organise within communities.

 Vlogs are a popular way of communication and are good to
add to your blogs.
 Yammer is a social network for people within companies
who wish to share, collaborate and chat within their
company structure without the distraction that is found on
Facebook or twitter.
 Pinterest is useful for making bulletin boards.
 Snap guide is useful for making an easy instruction guide.
