Chili Garlic

150 g Dark sweetened vinegar 
120 g Soy sauce 
15 g Sesame oil 
25 g Fish sauce 
75 g Distilled vinegar, or sub lime

1 Prep herbs and combine ingredients

It’s totally up to you how you want to grate the ginger


and the garlic. We prefer to use a coarse microplane for
speed and texture. A finer microplane works great for
the garlic, but is a huge pain for the ginger.
It’s also your call how fine you want to slice the cilantro
and garlic chives.

PRO TIP: Cilantro stems are packed with flavor and


help create a great texture, so make sure to use the
whole herb.

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. One (step) and


done. It’s now ready to eat.
