Time Office Guidelines

PURPOSE:
The guidelines are led to assist employee in maintaining their work life harmony by offering flexibility in work
time reporting alongside maintaining standard office reporting structure to ensure optimized level of team
synergy and organizational productivity

SCOPE:
The set framework is applicable to all the employees of Success Pact until instructed and communicated
otherwise in specification to their work responsibilities only by the management.

Reporting Time:

• The office will be functional from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

• Office follows flexi-reporting window of 1.25 hours which runs-across 9:00 am to 10:15 am, where
employee(s) has a grace of 15 minutes i.e. employee(s) needs to report to office not lately then 10:30
am
• Post 10:30 am sharp, employee’s half day salary will be deducted without and relaxation/amendment

in the policy

• Firm may exercise disciplinary action should the employee found defaulter more than 3 times in a

month for late reporting

Working Hours:

• Employee(s) needs to complete 8.5 total hours and 42.5 hours on daily and weekly basis respectively

• In case of early leave, minimum 6.5 hours needs to be completed per day to be counted as full day else

will be considered as half day. In case of early leave request which is of not more than 2 hours needs to

be completed by the employee with in next 3 working days

• In case of early leave to avail half day leave employee needs to clock in minimum 4.5 hours as half day

working, else will be consider absent.

• Payroll and daily working hours calculation will be made only between the above-stated time window

only i.e. starting from 9:00 am and ending at 7:00 pm.

• Early leaving requests cannot be made more than twice a month.

• Early leaving request needs to be made by applying “short leave” on HRMS, a minimum of two hours

prior to the leaving time (apart from emergency cases).

• The Employee needs to compensate for the early leave of 2 hours in the next 3 working days.

• Total number of hours will be calculated based on total working days in a month.

Breaks:
- Employees can opt for the break(s) for lunch/tea/etc. as per their own convenient timing(s), which

should not exceed more than 30 minutes in total in a day.

- The reporting manager needs to inform the HR team with the written data record, in case the employee

is found taking an extended break(s) from the work beyond the stipulated time mentioned in the above

pointer and not completing productive 8 hours leading to the depreciating graph of resource and teams

overall performance and productivity.

- The HR will investigate the issue(s) notified and should the employee is found defaulter in not following

the set guidelines, having a high rate of absenteeism, high frequency of breaks, long break hours, etc.

will lead to straight 3 days of salary deduction every time the complaint is raised.

- If the complaint has been received against the employee multiple times the case will be shared with the

management team and will be liable for strict disciplinary actions.
