PURPOSE:
The guidelines are led to assist employee in maintaining their work life harmony by offering flexibility in work
time reporting alongside maintaining standard office reporting structure to ensure optimized level of team
synergy and organizational productivity
SCOPE:
The set framework is applicable to all the employees of Success Pact until instructed and communicated
otherwise in specification to their work responsibilities only by the management.
Reporting Time:
• The office will be functional from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Office follows flexi-reporting window of 1.25 hours which runs-across 9:00 am to 10:15 am, where
employee(s) has a grace of 15 minutes i.e. employee(s) needs to report to office not lately then 10:30
am
• Post 10:30 am sharp, employee’s half day salary will be deducted without and relaxation/amendment
in the policy
• Firm may exercise disciplinary action should the employee found defaulter more than 3 times in a
Working Hours:
• Employee(s) needs to complete 8.5 total hours and 42.5 hours on daily and weekly basis respectively
• In case of early leave, minimum 6.5 hours needs to be completed per day to be counted as full day else
will be considered as half day. In case of early leave request which is of not more than 2 hours needs to

• Early leaving request needs to be made by applying “short leave” on HRMS, a minimum of two hours

Breaks:
- Employees can opt for the break(s) for lunch/tea/etc. as per their own convenient timing(s), which
