A knitting needle system with interchangeable needle tips and cords would be
practical here to make it easier to set the stitches aside.
Abbreviations:
M = stitch (sts)
re = knit stitch
li = purl stitch
RM = edge stitch
kfb = 2 stitches from one stitch (increase), „knit front and back“
M = stitches
verschr = twisted (knit through the back loop) (knit tbl)
R = Row(s)
HR = RS row
RR = WS (wrong side)
wdh. = repeat
Instructions:
Now pick up sts with Color 2 from the opposite side = 110 sts (62 sts + 48 sts
from the stripe block). (1st row)
2. WS: knit all sts twisted
3. RS: with Color 3, 1 st kfb, knit all sts
