GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. ONLINE REGISTRATIONS FOR ALL THE EVENTS WILL BE CLOSED BY 10.00 PM ON 6TH FEBRUARY 2024 AND SPOT
REGISTRATIONS WILL BE OPEN FOR THE SAME FROM 7.30 AM TO 9.00 AM ON 7TH FEBRUARY 2024.
2. THE EVENTS ARE OPEN TO PG, UG STUDENTS OF ANY STREAM.
3. THE COLLEGE ID CARD OR THE AUTHORIZATION LETTER FROM THE COLLEGE AUTHORITY FOR EACH PARTICIPANT
SHOULD BE SHOWN
DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
4. ALL THE MEMBERS OF ATEAM SHOULD BE FROM THE SAME COLLEGE/INSTITUTE.
5. THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS/TEAMS FROM ASPECIFIC COLLEGE FOR ANY EVENT.
6. ALL EVENTS WILL START AT 9.45AM.
1. TEAMS FAILING TO REPORT AT THE SPECIFIC VENUE WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
8. MODIFICATIONS CONCERNING THE TEAMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AFTER REGISTRATION.
9. PARTICIPANTS ARE ADVISED TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THE INSTITUTION WILL NOT BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS.
10. THE DECISIONS TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEES AND THE JUDGES WOULD BE FINAL IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
11. THE COMMITTEE HAS THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND THE EVENT SCHEDULE OR PLATFORM OF THE EVENTS AT
ANY POINT IN TIME IF THE SITUATION DEMANDS IT. IN CASE OF ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE, THE COMMITTEES
HAVE THE SOLE AUTHORITY TO TAKE.
12. NO GADGETS AND SUPPORTING ACCESSORIES SUCH AS MOBILES, LAPTOPS, AND USB CABLES WILL BE PROVIDED
BY THE COLLEGE.
13. ANY DOUBTS REGARDING THE EVENT GUIDELINES MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF EVENTS.
14. ANY KIND OF MAL PRACTICE, MISBEHAVIOR, CATCALLING, OR USAGE OF OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED, AND ANY SUCH INSTANCE WOULD LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.
15. REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF PARTICIPANTS DO NOT ARRIVE ON TIME.
16. USE OF CIGARETTES, ALCOHOL, OR ANY OTHER UNFAIR MEANS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
17. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH APARTICIPATION E-CERTIFICATE.
18. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD ADHERE TO THE RULES AND GUIDELINES OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EVENTS.
