That the set of players who were not supposed to play were all from the team
of Minerva Academy for the previous year . The said coach had also
represented the said club [Minerva Academy ] earlier and had given
the
advantage to the players who was suppose to be on the reserve bench for

day by showing favoritism to his old club and by giving opportunities
players to play in "first XI " was against the decision of the club for the day's

However our club had cheaply won the said match but their display on the
field were not appreciated owing to the combination on technical issues. With
such situation the management found reasons to call for substantial and
reasonable clarification on selection of Accused No.1 in deviation to the
decision of Management and other Coach and in contravention to the decision
of the management of the club to which the said accused No.1 sharply reacted
and ran evasive naming the accused No.2, thereafter threatening the club
officials of the dire consequences flexing his influence to Ranjit Bajaj who has
been his club authority while he was with Minerva Academy, with such wild

exemplary for Indian football in both private and public, and shall not act in manner which will
bring the club and Indian Football into disrepute.

Article 5- Duties and Obligations of the Coach.
