ORDER : Bhore Martial Art And Sports Association is This organization is filling the vacancies of volunteer
10Vacant Post glass in Maharashtra (Thane) for a period of 1 year. You should read the given terms and
conditions carefully and consciously.

NOTIFICATION :

The notification shall be issued in Offical Website,Facebook,Instagram of Bhore Martial Art And Sports
Association.

ELIGIBILTY :

The applicant must belong to the Maharashtra state for which she/he is applying.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

The applicant must pass Intermediate (or) its equivalent exam where as 10th class.

AGE :

The applicant shall have 18 years of age as on 01-01-1999 and shall not exceeded 35 years.

METHOD OF SELECTION :

All eligible applicants shall be called for interview (Zoom App Or Video Call) By the Selection Committee
consisting of PR/SEC/TRE/EXPERTS. The letter of engaging the service of selected Volunteers will be issued by
the President of the Selection Committee, i.e. SEC.

HONORARIUM

The selected application will be engaged as volunteers by BMASA on honorarium basis for the service
rendered. No any type of each volunteer will be paid performance based honorarium of 0000/- per month.
TRAINING :

Two Days induction training will be imparted to all selected volunteers at Association Level.

Positioning and commencement of work by volunteers in the BMASA shall start from 15 august. 2021.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF VOLUTEERS :

Roles and responsibilities of Volunteers will be determined by the President,BMASA.

PROVISION FOR DISCHARGE :

Any Volunteer who is not able to provide satisfactory service shall be discharged from the duties.

TENTATIVE TIME LINE :

Notification inviting application : 01-12-2020 to 31-12-2020.

Interviews by selection committee (Online) : 02-01-2021.

Intimation letters to selected Volunteers : 05-01-2021.

Induction And Training Programme : Soon As Possible.

Positing of Volunteers : 15-01-2021.

( Bhore Martial Art And Sports Association Governing Body after careful consideration of the proposal, hereby
permit the President,Bhore Martial Art And Sports Association to take necessary action of placing one
volunteer for nealy 20household by 15th august 2021 and No any type of payment by BMASA you can your
share your part time or full time with As a Volunteer. Training shall be imparted to all volunteers. The
President,BMASA is requested to issue detailed guidelines in the matter immediately.)
