    Instructions for use


    1. Print this page by selecting the print icon or going to File > Print.
    Choose A4 as your paper size.

    2. Cut around the black border and then fold your card along the middle.

    3. Carry a card so you have it with you when visiting COVID Safe venues.

    4. Present your card at COVID Safe venues that can check you in by scanning a
    check-in card.

    This check-in method is for people who need an alternative to the COVID Safe check-in tool.
    It is an offence to provide false check-in information.
