Fully Vaccinated
*To be considered fully vaccinated, travellers must have taken minimally one dose of

Step 1: Prepare Proof of Vaccination

If you are born on or before 31 Dec 2009 (i.e. aged 13 and above by year
of birth)

I took my COVID-19 vaccination in Singapore

Your vaccination status can be retrieved from the TraceTogether # and/or


HealthHub # mobile applications. If you are unable to retrieve your
vaccination status via these applications, you can prove your vaccination
status by:

a. Obtaining a vaccination acceptance letter using the Vaccination


Check Portal (VCP) #; OR
b. Showing your MOH-issued hardcopy vaccination certificate

I took my COVID-19 vaccination outside Singapore ✚

All travellers who have travel history to countries/regions in Africa and


Latin America with Yellow Fever Risk must obtain a Yellow Fever Vaccination
Certificate #. Travellers who do not have a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination
Certificate, including children 1 year old and below and travellers who
are medically ineligible for the vaccination

Step 3: Fill SG Arrival Card up to 3 days before arrival

Defer your travels if you have experienced the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms
in the last 7 days before departure. This may include fever, cough, runny nose,
sore throat, loss of taste or smell.

Otherwise, complete your SG Arrival Card (SGAC) # up to 3 days before your


arrival in Singapore
Singapore. The SG arrival card (SGAC) is a simple and free arrival
declaration of your travel and health details. You are exempted from submitting
your SGAC if you are a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or Long-
Term Pass Holder arriving by Land.

Upon the completion of your SGAC, you will receive an email acknowledgement
which you can present for smoother pre-boarding and immigration checks.

▢ Step
Step 4: Immigration Clearance in Singapore

All travellers are encouraged to use the automated clearance gates if they are
eligible.

Passports will no longer be stamped at immigration. Foreign short-term visitors


will be sent an e-Pass (i.e. Visit Pass) via email after clearing arrival

email address indicated in the SGAC submission. Travellers who did not receive
their e-Pass after immigration clearance may retrieve their e-Pass using this e-
service #, using the DE Number found in their SGAC acknowledgement email.

If you are symptomatic on arrival, you may be directed to take a COVID-19 test
or be subject to other requirements as instructed by officers. Each Antigen Rapid
Test (ART) administered will cost S$30, while each COVID-19 Polymerase Chain
Reaction Test (PCR Test) will cost S$138.

Step 5: Local Health Protocols & Maintenance of Vaccination Status

Local Health Protocols

There are no quarantine or COVID-19 testing measures. However, you must


comply with the latest public health measures. This includes the use of the
TraceTogether mobile application # for contact tracing and to show proof of
vaccination in Vaccination-Differentiated settings (VDS). Refer to this guide # to
activate your TraceTogether application or write to
support@tracetogether.gov.sg # for assistance.

If you test positive for COVID-19 during your stay, follow these recovery
protocols #.

Maintaining Vaccination Status

If you are vaccinated overseas

Apart from calling your clinic of choice to ensure that it can facilitate the
registration, please also ask the clinic for the documents needed for registration.
Depending on the date which you had received the last dose of your primary
vaccination series, you may be advised to take additional COVID-19 vaccination
doses (see summary below) to qualify for domestic vaccination-differentiated
requirements. Travellers may receive additional vaccination doses in Singapore at
their own expense under the Private Vaccination Programme # if they are not
eligible for the National Vaccination Programme.
