How to Enter Singapore via VTL (Land)

Planning the Trip

Ensure you are fully vaccinated and have a valid vaccination certificate with a QR code.

After Arrival

Download TraceTogether app, register profile and activate the app.

9 Children aged 7-12 and those unable to use a mobile device can be issued TraceTogether
tokens. Children aged 6 and below are exempted from the TraceTogether requirement.

Take an On-Arrival COVID-19 Test

10 All travellers arriving in Singapore must undergo a supervised self-swab ART at a Quick Test
Centre or Combined Test Centre within 24 hours of arrival.

On VTL (Land)

1. If I have an approved Vaccinated Travel Pass under VTL (Air), can I use it for VTL (Land)?

No, a Vaccinated Travel Pass applied under the VTL (Air) is not transferrable to the VTL (Land). Travellers will be
denied boarding by the bus operator if they present a VTP for VTL (Air). Do make a new application for a Vaccinated
Travel Pass for VTL (Land) via https://go.gov.sg/vtl-portal.

2. What if I encounter issues applying for the Vaccinated Travel Pass?

On Bus Tickets

3. Do I need to buy a bus ticket for my child aged 12 years old and below?

Yes, all children aged 12 and below must have their own bus tickets. In addition, they are required to be
accompanied by a vaccinated adult under the VTL.

4. Can I buy bus tickets at Woodlands Temporary Bus Interchange or Larkin Sentral
Bus Terminal?

No. Travellers are to purchase their bus tickets online.

5. Can I transfer my bus ticket to someone else?

No, bus tickets are not transferable.
