Your Guide

This document will help the employees to understand the responsibilities of concerned
persons of the company. The employees can go through the document to know whom to
contact for what. So before contacting any random person, this document can guide to
contact the right person for the right task.
Right Person for the Right Task

1. Team Leads: Please contact them for below concerns.

• If your leave is not approved

• If your project can not be seen in the HLIS EmPro
• If you want to put an emergency leave
• If you want to extend your leave
• If hours are not assigned or about to finish
• Anything related to your project
• If you want to know the feedback of your work
• If you either start or discontinue WFH/WFO
• Any query regarding WFO
• In case of any attendance regularization queries
• In case of the task assignments/completion during Notice Period
• In case of Knowledge Transfer & backup process during your Notice Period
• If the employees facing issues with Time Doctor.
• If an employee wants to leave early or come early or time related concerns.
• If an employee wants to work on a weekend instead of any weekday.

2. System Engineer

Darshan Raval is our System Engineer. You can contact them for the belowconcerns via
generating tickets:
• If in case of any system related issue
• If in case of system submission after your reliving day
• If in case of any hardware need

3. Accounts Department

We have Jay Raval & Jaydip Parmar in accounts department. You can contact them for
below concerns via generating tickets:
• In Case of opening a salary account
• If in need of Salary Slips
• If in Need of Form 16
• Salary/Stipend credit related issues/queries
4. Sonali Hajarnis

She has created our In House Project and HRM system “HLIS EmPro”. You can contact her
in case of any technical queries of HLIS EmPro. Make sure that you identify which are the
technical queries, which are the project related queries and which are the attendance or
leave related queries of HLIS EmPro.

Right Now, we are facing an issue where employees ask queries of HLIS EmPro to random
team members without knowing the correct persons for the same.

So this document is to help all of you.

5. Tech Lead:

Vanrajsinh Vaghela is our Tech Lead. He looks after all the technical related matters of
the company. You can contact him for below concerns/incidents via generating tickets:

• If you wish to learn any new technology

• If any team members want to know the status of the technology scales of each
developer.
• If any training on any new or old technology needs to be planned.
• In case of any training starts or any training gets completed, he needs to be
informed
• If in case of any technology upgradation/introduction needs through out the
company, or a department or an individual
• To plan for any new resource on any new technology, based on the project needs.
• Need to contact him regarding the technology requirement during project
finalization stage.
• If any client needs any particular resource for any particular technology.

6. HR Team:

The HR team needs to be approached for below concerns via generating tickets:
• If the employee is having trouble applying leaves or attendance regularization.
• If the employee has no knowledge of HLIS EmPro & Time Doctor after joining
• If any employee has concerns regarding salaries
• If any employee has concerns regarding any policy terms.
• If any fresher trainee (Who has not been assigned any TL yet) is having trouble with
HLIS EmPro & Time Doctor.
• Any documents related queries
• Regarding reliving date related queries
• If an employee wants to give feedback of anyone or anything in the office
• If a fresher trainee wants to leave early or come early or timing change issue. In this
case they have to also inform their trainer, seniors & mentors.
