The Contractor's failure to so object shall neither affect its right to object to any subsequent requested Changes or herein, nor affect its right to take into account, when making such or decrense in subsequent objection, the percentage increas the Contract Price that any Change not objected to by the Contractor represents 63.2.6 Upon receipt of the Change Proposal, the Employer and the Contractor shall mutually agree upon all matters therein contained, Within fourteen (14) days after such agreement, the Employer shall, if it intends to proceed with the Change, issue the Contractor with a Change Order. If the Employer is unable (o reach a decision within fourteen (14) days, it shall notily the Contractor with details of when the Contractor can expect a decision If the Employer decides not to proceed with the Change tor whatever reason, it shall, within the said period of fourteen (141) days, notify the’ Contractor accordingly.
