MAEBANE GROUP (Pty) Ltd was incorporated by its founding members in March
2016, although we having been trading with our other companies’ .due to growth we
expanded our company to the new registered trader.

a. Vision statement
Our vision is to grow the company from small business to be one of the biggest
black owned company in the southern atmosphere. Measures are been taken by the
directors which will grow the business considerably in the next few years.
b. Mission statement
Our mission is to take MAEBANE GROUP Pty Ltd one of the well-recognised
companies in South Africa. Assist in uplifting the standards of our community by
providing employment and also South Africa at large. We aim to achieve this goal
by securing work and employing locals in performing such duties. Outsourcing of
duties from other small medium enterprises when special skills are required. Is
another way we intend to expand

In order to ensure and take measures to legitimise our company as well as to secure the trust

SAFETY
Substances abuse program that includes pre-hire, post-accident, fitness for duty, for cause
and random drug and alcohol testing of all employees including management are subject to
testing.
Our supervisors receive training every day before work starts, as well as classes in fall
protection, excavation, trenching, and first aid, safety reps always check , confined space
entry procedures, substance abuse awareness and recognition. Our employees are
required to sign min risk assessment before they start working on site these will help our
employees to identify risks that may cause incidents on the work place. New employees are
required to complete our new hire safety orientation program
Our safety culture at MAEBANE GROUP Pty Ltd focus on keeping motivational messages
and emotions at the forefront of everything we do everyday family-orientation messages
remind us to keep safety at the top of our minds with posters and banners placed
throughout our project s. “bringing safety first program

MAEBANE GROUP Pty Ltd plans to complete many projects, large and small,
working in government, mines and buildings. During the actual construction,
elements such as dust, vibration and moisture that are common in a jobsite must be
controlled in order to maintain the integrity of the equipment and to also ensure the
safety of the employees.
