1. The non shaded boxes denotes the drills to be conducted for the month.
2. Abandonship drill shall be coducted at least once in a month and in accordance wih SOLAS chapter III
3. During the fire drill, fire in different locations on the vessel shall be exercised.
4. Toxic gas release drills shall have scenarios of in port and at sea
5. Oil/Chemical spill drill shall be conducted monthly, SMPEP requirement is that operational and non operational spill is exercised on rotational basis. Emergencies/Contingencies (marked with asterisk) are
also identified as potential for non operational spills - they can be integarated and exercised during the oil/chemical (operational) shall be conducted in the month of February, May, August and November.
6. Record the drill dates in the corresponding non shaded boxes for monitoring and to serve as a quick reference of the drill status.

7. Record all timings and events during the drill in the Deck Log Book and make the appropriate entry in the Oficial Log Book as require.
