Pedagogy- the method and practice of teaching.
I decided on this topic because I want to improve gender mainstreaming in pedagogy, and it
motivates me to find out how faculty members feel about gender-sensitive teaching methods.
This study, Effectiveness of the Gender and Development (GAD) Programs on Gumaca East
District Teachers' Attitudes and Perceptions Concerning Gender-Related Issues, was developed
as a result. The results of this study will be very beneficial when creating a suggested action
