“A RESOLUTION IMPOSING THE PENALTY OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF

IRRIGATION “PATUBIG” SERVICES TO THE MEMBERS OF BIARBFIA WHO HAVE
INCURRED PAYABLES AS BACK ACCOUNTS IN THEIR IRRIGATION SERVICE FEE ”

WHEREAS; the THE BINANUAANAN IMPERIAL AGRARIAN REFORM

BENEFICIARIES FARMERS IRRIGATORS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED
(BIARBFIA) is a registered organization located at Binanuaanan, Pili, Camarines Sur who
facilitates the needs of the farmers and irrigators of the barangay.

WHEREAS; the association is merely relying on the members contribution, association fees
and other solicited sources of funds in order to sustain the association’s activities and
undertakings.

WHEREAS; in order to sustain the regular irrigation water supply for the member-farmers, the
latter are required by the organization for the payment of the Irrigation Service Fee which have
been agreed and incorporated in the Association’s Constitution and By Laws.

WHEREAS; when members of the Association have failed and incurred default in the
payment of the their Irrigation Service Fee, the irrigation service of the association is entirely
affected.
WHEREAS; upon due deliberation of the board of directors and officers of the association, it
is a must to solve this particular issue in order to protect the interest of the larger majority
members of the organization, the board deemed it necessary to pass and approve this
resolution.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of ALEJANDRO S. BAŇARIA – BOD, duly seconded by

EFREN DELA TORRE, be it.

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, approving A A RESOLUTION IMPOSING THE

PENALTY OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF IRRIGATION “PATUBIG” SERVICES TO
THE MEMBERS OF BIARBFIA WHO HAVE INCURRED PAYABLES AS BACK ACCOUNTS
IN THEIR IRRIGATION SERVICE FEE.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be presented to the members of the BIARBFIA for
their information and guidance.
