Objectives: spelling // colors/weather/seasons/days/months/family revision

Introduction: this week students will be able to practice spelling; review colors, weather,
seasons, days of the week, months of the year and family members.

Warm up: welcome/good morning songs; mime games; “snowball” game; flashcards;
questions about previous revision.

Main Activity: practice spelling// colors revision/ “What’s color is it? - It’s … .” / “What is
your favorite color? – My favorite color is … .”// weather revision “What is the weather
today? – It’s … .”/ “What’s your favorite weather? – My favorite weather is … .” // seasons
revision “What season are we in?” / “What is your favorite season?” / “How many seasons in
a year?” // days of the week revision “What day is it today?”/ “How many days in a week?” //
month of the year revision “What month are we in?” / “What is your favorite month?” / “How
many months in a year?” // family members revision.
