Reflection)

My main result from the 16 Personalities Test was ISTJ and this has a lot of connections
with my future plans. My career plan is to become a graphic designer after I graduate
from university.

ISTJ is one of the most responsible and organized personality types. The primary works
that graphic designers usually focus on are creating and designing posters, packaging,
billboards and videos of brands using various colors, images, typography and more to
improve their results. They always need to be organized with their materials and
elements to work more effectively and save time. Graphic designers have to produce
high-quality works while simultaneously keeping the value and dignity of the brands, so
they need to be responsible for their given tasks. Additionally, people with ISTJ type
have dependability, reliability, objectivity, and attention to detail, abilities that help
them to work on exquisite tasks.

The results of the test demonstrated ISTJ prefers to work alone and value peace and
security in the workplace. Graphic designer can work in-house or in a workroom. This is
one of the reasons why I want to be a graphic designer. Furthermore, graphic designers
need to communicate with companies and consumers to plan and develop their
intended message in their designs. They also often collaborates with other field
designers, marketers and writers to create successful outcomes. The result of my
personality on the website demonstrates that ISTJ have punctuality and seek structure,
clearly defined rules, and respect authority and hierarchy. These results can be
connected with smoother communication with others that can lead graphic designers to
successful works.

The results of my personality described on the website were not 100% accurate with me,
but I think more than half of the results matched my tendencies.
One of the results that contradicts my own personality was “Judgmental and
Insensitive.” I always listen carefully and accept other people’s opinions rather than
judging them. Besides, I consider myself a very sensitive person. Overall, however, these
traits show a lot of connections with my future career.
