INTRODUCTION

Cacao with turmeric tea or Cacao powder with 5 in 1 turmeric blend is one

of the products Paglinawan Organic Eco Farm produces. It is a blend of cacao

which comes from the cacao bean used to make chocolate, and turmeric, a spice

known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Aside from turmeric, ginger, soursop

(guyabano), moringa (malunggay) and lemongrass which make it 5 in 1 turmeric

blend. The inclusion of turmeric, ginger, soursop, moringa and lemongrass adds

a variety of flavors, creates a warm and flavorful beverage that is often enjoyed

for its rich taste and potential health benefits. The cacao provides a chocolatey

undertone, ginger and turmeric are known for their anti-inflammatory properties,

lemongrass adds a citrusy touch, soursop contributes to the tropical flavor, and

moringa brings additional nutritional value.

Objectives of the Study

Generally, the case study aimed to observe and assess the overall

operations and management practices of XYZ Company.


Specifically, the study aimed to:

1. Perform management-related activities in the agribusiness firm;

2. Identify the problems (faced by the firm in the focused area and

commodity); and;

3. Generate the best solutions to the main problem identified.
