Who Are We?

The world of cooking is one that is skill-based, complex, and time-consuming. With the world
advancing forward, we’re still far behind when it comes to the way we solve for our food. So,
we thought, why not solve this? Nosh is an app-driven home cooking robot that cooks 120+
dishes such as all types of Curries, Sautéed Vegetables, Pulao, Pastas, Sweets, etc.
automatically. It uses artificial intelligence to ensure food consistency and taste is maintained.
NOSH is built by a team from ISB Hyderabad, BITS Pilani and IISc Bangalore alumni; and
consists of ex-entrepreneurs, early-stage members of companies and strategists from startups
such as AB InBev, Flipkart, Analog Devices, Broadcom, CRED and Unacademy.
We’re a bunch of creators, dreamers, and doers with a knack of never taking no for an answer.
We love to question the norm and to find elegant solutions to complex problems. Venturing
into spaces that have never been touched before requires a different breed of human beings;
the kind that does not fit into a mould. We love discovering new ways to make life easier and
while we’re always all hands on-board, we also are empathetic believers. We do not wait for
solutions to arrive. We put our heads together, pick up a torchlight and search to find it.

What You'll Do

● Identify the failure points

● Define tests and parameters for quality
● Identify quality critical points for manufacturing and assembly
● Define production-level QC
● Ensure all the tests are done as per standard test procedure and test quality being
maintained.

Who You Are?

● A detailed-oriented person with experience in reliability engineering
● Failure investigation - root cause analysis for the test failures - Good to have
● Good understanding of reliablity lab equipment - climatic chamber, Salt spray
chamber, UV chamber, vibration shaker etc.-Must Have
● Reporting & Managing bugs in a comprehensive manner.
● Work with Engineering and product quality teams in Swimlane for product
development.
● Clear thought process and believe in simplifying rather than complicating
● Argue and fight over opinions. Believe in always choosing the best

You Should Have

● Great empathy towards the user's life.

● Amazing observation skill
● 2+ years’ experience in reliability engineering or quality
● B.E/B.Tech in Mechanica/Mechatronics/Hardware engineer
