Preparation needed:
● Review of CV
● List competencies to focus on (leadership and functional)
● Mobile phone on silent mode
Opening:
● Make the candidate feel comfortable. Welcome the applicant.
● Introduce self/panel members
● Do safety moment
● State the duration of the interview…, that you’ll take down notes and won’t be able to maintain eye contact.
Interview proper:

possible
Closing:
● Tell that you have no other questions.
● Ask the candidate if he/she would like to add any further information.
● Ask the candidate if he/she has questions.
● Inform him/her of the next steps (i.e. regret or process further, timeline)
● Thank him/her.
