1 Good afternoon. I'd like to make a reservation for my family and me for two nights on September 1st and 2nd. We'll

need a single room and a double room: the first is for my husband and me, and the second is for our two sons.

They're 11 and 15 years old. My husband and I are very tall, so we'd like our room to have a king-size bed . For

the boys, twin beds will be fine. Oh, I almost forgot! Our 3-year-old daughter will sleep in my room so we'll need

a rollaway bed for her. Is that OK?

2 Good evening. This is Mr. Sweeney, president of Top Notch Computers. I'd like a room for four nights. I'll need a

suite because I'm going to have several meetings in the room. Also, my colleagues and I don't smoke, so please

make it a non-smoking room.
