The Power of Media and Information and the responsibility of the users

In today's modern era, everything is high-tech, from our way of communicating, the tools
we use for our daily lives and even our transportation. It's like 90% of the world is high value.
Media and information is one of the things to consider when talking about technology and it's
level of importance because technology is the root of media. Given all of that, we people still
need to be aware of the pro's and con's of it, in that way we can extract ourselves in different
crimes cause by social media.

We can never the deny the comfort that media makes us feel. It makes our life easier and
interesting. Media for business, media for school purposes, media for promoting, and etc. We are
all addicted to it for it brings us satisfaction and for some…money. Google for information and
Tiktok for entertainment. How cool is that? "So cool" others may say, but are they even aware of
the consequences it may bring in their lives? Invasion of privacy, fraud, cyberbullying, xxxsites.
Does it ring a bell? Those are just some of the things that people commonly experience in media.
Therefore, negative effects of media and information should also be considered, we are all head
over heels by the fact that media is helpful in many ways, which is true but on what extent? if it
causes us comfort then there's 50% chance that it could also destroy us in so many ways. It is our
responsibility as users to be aware of the things that could happen to us, because one click could
totally ruin our lives forever. Moreover, social media became an alternative for journal.
Teenagers spends so much time posting everything on Facebook, sometimes it goes overboard
that the world already knows half of their life. Lastly, let us value our privacy and lessen the
information we put in our profiles, because the more we post, the more we will be expose.

We, students are being sent to school to learn and I believe that learning is to be applied
and school is not the only place where you can learn. There will be always something out there
that could also teach us lessons for our life, and of course we value that, we value information we
caution. It is not against the world to believe on what you think is right but it is fulfilling to be
able to learn something new everyday with the use of media, but then again, utilize with caution
