TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Ashirwad Aqua Pure

1. THE CUSTOMER ARE REQUIRED TO HANDOVER THE ALL THE TANKS TO US IN EMPTY CONDITIONS FOR
TANK CLEAN OPERATION.
2. DEWATERING CHARGES ABOVE 1000 LTRS. 0.40 PER LITRE
3. Interconnecting /Interlinked tanks will be considered as separate tanks
4. The contract covers only the numbers of tanks mentioned in quotation and as per mentioned in the contract form.
Any additional service required over and above, even during the contract period, will be charged extra.
5. We will not be responsible for repair or maintenance of drinking water tank if the same is found to be in damaged
condition before or after Tank cleaning service
6. One responsible person from the building / society (duly authorized by the office bearer of the society / building)
should be present while we undertake Tank cleaning service. in the interest of the residents of the society / building it
is required that this responsible person inspects the tank before and after Tank Cleaning service is conducted.
7. We will not be responsible for any type of medical problems whatsoever of any nature which may occur to the
residents of the society / building after consumption of water from the drinking water tanks after Tank cleaning
service is done.There is absolutely no chance of any such problem to take place after TANK CLEAN service is done,
as we only clean and treat the tank and are not responsible for the quality of water that is supplied by the customer
to the resident through the drinking water tanks.
8. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide suitable electric connection near to the tank, which is required to
operate the cleaning machines. Though the machine does not consume much of electric power the expenses
incurred towards this electric supply will be to the customer’s account.
9. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide sufficient water near the tank, which is required to operate the
cleaning machine. Though the machine does not consume much of water the expenses incurred towards this
water supply will be to the customer’s account.
10. ASHIRWAD AQUA –PURE shall not be liable for death / injury / consequential damage to any person or loss /
damage to any property caused as a result of our equipment failure, breakdown or accident or fire or any other

circumstance which are beyond the control of ASHIRWAD AQUA –PURE.

11. Tank clean service under this contract excludes the following:
a) cleaning of service pipes lines in the water if they are in damaged / corroded condition.
b) Cleaning of float cock, foot valve or any other parts in the water tanks if they are in damaged / corroded
condition.
12. Under the Tank clean service contract, we are responsible only for the cleaning tanks from inside, we are under no
circumstances responsible for the cleaning of any other areas apart from the water tank.
13. This contract does not cover clean-up of the service pipelines inter-connecting the tanks and the flats in the
building.
14. All machines, equipment, tools. spares parts etc. brought in by our personnel for the Tank clean operation will
remain the sole property of ASHIRWAD AQUA-PURE, all such machines, equipment etc. shall be carried back by
our personnel after the Tank cleaning operation is completed.
15. Though all possible efforts are taken by our trained personnel to do the tan cleaning operation most carefully, if, in
spite of our best efforts, any physical damage is caused to the water tank, ASHIRWAD AQUA- PURE will not be
held responsible for any losses arising out of the damage caused due to these unpreventable circumstances.
16. If lift is available in a particular building the customer has to permit our personnel to use the same for moving our
equipment’s whenever the terrace tank is required to be cleaned.
17. We shall be marking the tanks on a suitable place to enable our personnel to identify the tanks cleaned by us for
the future tank cleaning contract services.
18. Payment overdue beyond the agreed time period will attract an interest of 24 % p.a.
19. In a rare event of any complaint, customer is requested to submit same in writing and need to quote their name,
address and the contract/Receipt no.
20. The customer is required to sign and acknowledge the Ashirwad Aqua pure periodic service form after the Tank
cleaning operations is complete.
21. This service sets out all the terms and condition, of which ASHIRWAD AQUA – PURE agrees to service the water
tanks under the said contract cancels and supersedes all prior agreements, undertaking, or arrangements, oral
or written between the parties on the subject matter.
22. This quotation / contract is subject to Belgaum jurisdiction.
