Terms and Conditions For Expert Engineer Augmentation
1. An MOU has to be discussed and signed before we can go ahead with augmentation
process starts.
2. A minimum commitment of one year is needed as the resource will be on boarded from
our side permanently.
3. We also need, in our agreement for the hiring, a fixed committed annual increment for
each resource.
4. Salary Payment structure contains–
a. Resource’s salary
b. CTC (Cost to company)
c. QA Harbor’s Charges
d. VAT, TAX & AIT

5. We pay our employees full salaries including 2 yearly bonuses. And several other
benefits as well. This ensures that the people we work with are super motivated to work
and are always efficient in their performance.
6. If the employee is to work remotely (not your office premises), but, by your
requirement, has to be given office space from our end. That can be arranged and will
be reflected in our Charges segment of the Payment structure.
7. All salary payments will be directly made to QA harbor’s bank account and will be
disbursed from us to the augmented experts.
8. The device (Computer / Laptop) used by the expert will be provided by the client.
9. Any hiring for less than 1 year, will not be considered for QA Engineer Augmentation,
and we will discuss how to complete the project through on-demand project format.
