WSTĘP
„Język angielski. Egzamin ósmoklasisty” to idealna pomoc w przygoto-
waniach do egzaminu końcowego w szkole podstawowej. Pozwala na prze-
ćwiczenie czytania ze zrozumieniem, konstruowania wypowiedzi pisemnych
oraz oswojenie się z różnymi rodzajami zadań, jakie mogą znaleźć się na
egzaminie.
Książka powstała na podstawie „Informatora o egzaminie ósmoklasisty

z języka angielskiego od roku szkolnego 2018/2019” wydanego przez Centralną
Komisję Egzaminacyjną.
W publikacji zaprezentowano pięć przykładowych arkuszy egzaminacyjnych

wraz z rozwiązaniami. Każdy arkusz zawiera zadania sprawdzające rozu-
mienie ze słuchu. Nagrania są dostępne do pobrania online, transkrypcja
tekstów znajduje się na końcu książki. W rozwiązaniach podano przykłady
wypowiedzi pisemnych. Uczeń znajdzie tu również informacje dotyczące
formy i przebiegu egzaminu, zasady oceny zadań oraz zestawienie struktur
gramatycznych, których znajomość będzie sprawdzana na egzaminie.
Mamy nadzieję, że publikacja ta rozwieje wątpliwości związane z egzaminem

i pomoże uczniom przystąpić do niego bez obaw.

O egzaminie 7
O EGZAMINIE
Egzamin z języka nowożytnego, w tym przypadku z języka angielskiego, jest
obowiązkowym przedmiotem na egzaminie ósmoklasisty. Celem tego egza-
minu jest sprawdzenie, na jakim poziomie uczeń kończący szkołę podsta-
wową opanował wymagania określone w podstawie programowej kształ-
cenia ogólnego dla pierwszych dwóch etapów edukacyjnych w wersji II.1.
(klasy I–VIII).
Zadania będą sprawdzały umiejętności w zakresie:

• znajomości środków językowych,
• rozumienia wypowiedzi,
• tworzenia wypowiedzi,
• reagowania na wypowiedzi,
• przetwarzania wypowiedzi.
W arkuszu egzaminacyjnym znajdą się zarówno zadania zamknięte, jak

i otwarte. Zadania zamknięte to takie, w których uczeń wybiera jedną z poda-
nych odpowiedzi A, B, C, określa, czy zdanie jest prawdziwe lub fałszywe,
albo dobiera np. nagłówek. Otwarte zadania to te, w których uczeń musi sam
napisać odpowiedź. Oprócz zadań w języku obcym w arkuszu mogą wystą-
pić zadania, w których uczeń na podstawie tekstu w języku obcym przeka-
zuje informacje w języku polskim.

8 JĘZYK ANGIELSKI EGZAMIN ÓSMOKLASISTY
Cały egzamin został podzielony na następujące grupy zadań;
• Rozumienie ze słuchu (zadania zamknięte: wybór wielokrotny, dobiera-

nie, i zadania otwarte: zadanie z luką/lukami i odpowiedzi na pytania).
Składa się z 3–4 zadań na 12–14 punktów, w tym jedno zadanie otwarte.
• Znajomość funkcji językowych (zadania zamknięte: wybór wielokrotny,

dobieranie, i zadania otwarte: zadanie z luką/lukami). Składa się z 3–4
zadań na 10–12 punktów, w tym jedno zadanie otwarte.
• Rozumienie tekstów pisanych (zadania zamknięte: wybór wielokrotny,

dobieranie, i zadania otwarte: zadanie z luką/lukami, odpowiedzi na
pytania). Składa się z 3–4 zadań na 12–16 punktów, w tym jedno zadanie
otwarte.
• Znajomość środków językowych (zadania zamknięte: wybór wielo-

krotny, dobieranie, i zadania otwarte: zadanie z luką/lukami, parafraza
zdań, tłumaczenie fragmentów zdań na język obcy, układanie fragmen-
tów zdań z podanych elementów leksykalnych). Składa się z 3–4 zadań na
10–12 punktów, w tym jedno zadanie otwarte.

O egzaminie 9
• Wypowiedź pisemna to jedno zadanie bez możliwości wyboru. Polecenie

podane jest w języku polskim. W poleceniu podano trzy podpunkty, które
zdający powinien rozwinąć w wypowiedź. Zawsze podany początek wypo-
wiedzi. Możliwe formy to notatka, ogłoszenie, zaproszenie, wiadomość,
e-mail, wpis na blogu. Praca powinna zawierać 50–120 słów. Uczeń może
zdobyć 10 punktów.
Egzamin ósmoklasisty trwa 90 minut. W arkuszu egzaminacyjnym będzie od

12 do 15 zadań, za które uczeń może zdobyć 45 do 55 punktów.

JAK PRZYGOTOWAĆ SIĘ

DO EGZAMINU?
Podstawą sukcesu na każdym egzaminie jest sumienna, systematyczna
praca. Jeśli chodzi o język, dużym atutem jest kontakt z językiem poprzez
czytanie książek lub gazet, oglądanie telewizji czy filmów w języku angiel-
skim, a nawet słuchanie muzyki. Należy używać języka również w mowie
i piśmie.
Bardzo ważnym elementem jest obecność na lekcjach, gdzie z pewnością

wszystkie potrzebne umiejętności są rozwijane, a nauczyciel daje wska-
zówki, nad czym pracować i jakiemu zagadnieniu poświęcić więcej czasu.
Nauka gramatyki i słownictwa jest kolejnym ważnym krokiem. Warto skorzy-

stać z takich publikacji jak „Język angielski. Tablice szkolne”, „Angielski dla
uczniów szkół podstawowych”, „Język angielski. Gramatyka. Repetytorium
z ćwiczeniami”. Są to publikacje wydawnictwa Lingo, tworzone przez spraw-
dzonych autorów.
Ważnym elementem jest również zapoznanie się ze strukturą egzaminu.

Warto rozwiązywać przykładowe arkusze, takie, jakie znajdziecie w tej oto
książce. Pamiętajcie, że praktyka czyni mistrza, więc do roboty.

A town in the south of the country. It isn’t big, only 30 thousand people. The
population is becoming old, as teenagers are leaving for better schools and seasonal
jobs. The old railways station is used only by adults going to work in neighbouring
towns. Nevertheless, the town is well-known for old ruins. Tourists visit the castle
and church every weekend and pay a lot of money to see the monuments.
C. Littletown
A small village in the south. The population is getting smaller due to lack of facilities.
The local authorities closed down the kindergarten and pupils go to school in the
neighbouring city by hired buses. The school is very good so parents are rather
satisfied. Around the city you can find forests, fields and lakes. A good place to
spend time with family or friends.
D. Crenwood
A small town in the east of the country. The population is around 15 thousand people.
Citizens can find here all the necessary shops as well as cafes and restaurants. All
facilities for kids are available: a kindergarten, a school, and a technical college. It is
full of tourists because of the main route leading to the mountains. People can relax
by cycling and visiting local monuments as well as trying local cuisine.

równie istotna jak komunikatywność odpowiedzi jest jej poprawność.
Odpowiedzi zawierające poważne błędy językowe i/lub ortograficzne
nie są akceptowane. W zadaniach sprawdzających uzyskiwanie infor-
macji nie są akceptowane pytania intonacyjne, np. She likes it?

1. W zasadach oceniania rozwiązań zadań ustalanych dla zadań w kon-
kretnym arkuszu egzaminacyjnym mogą zostać określone wyjątki od

6. Zabronione jest pisanie wypowiedzi obraźliwych, wulgarnych lub pro-

pagujących postępowanie niezgodne z prawem. W przypadku takich
wypowiedzi zostanie podjęta indywidualna decyzja dotycząca danej
