    during NSS Special Residential Camp from 11 th December 2023 to 17th December

    Respected Madam,

    The NSS Unit of our college is organizing NSS Special Residential Camp at Kaman
    Campus from 11th December 2023 to 17th December 2023. We request you to arrange the
    college vehicle for the pre-visit and transportation for the camp. The requirement of the vehicle
    would be as below –

    9th December 2023 – Transportation of Camp Material to Kaman Campus

    11th-17th December 2023 – Vehicle to leave for Kaman Campus with female staff member at
    4.30pm and return back early morning.

    Kindly arrange for the same to ensure smooth conduct of the Camp.
