Ideas / tools for English lessons

1. Ted talk videos: https://ed.ted.com/ apart from the normal ted talks here there are
some short, animated videos about interesting topics you can work with.
2. https://wordwall.net/es/ . This website allows you to have a contest wheel for
questions or topics to talk about, some interactive cards for topics too and some
games.
3. https://es.educaplay.com/ this platforms allows you to create some games. I
personally, really like pasapalabra which is a wheel to practice vocabulary with each
letter of the alphabet.
4. https://quizizz.com/?lng=es-ES This is very similar to kahoot but you can do some polls
in which students answer a question about a certain topic and then discuss in class.
5. https://www.teach-this.com/ Here you have plenty of worksheets and games for
different levels and purposes. It’s really good.
6. https://es.liveworksheets.com/ This is a platform where you have plenty of interactive
worksheets. You can either print them or make the students do them in their phone or
all together in class and you have the corrections.
7. https://www.eslprintables.com/ Here you will have plenty of printable material like
worksheets, games, speaking cards.
8. https://en.islcollective.com/english-esl-worksheets/search This is very similar to the
previous one.
9. https://www.baamboozle.com/ It has interactive games, in which students can play in
teams.
