Annual Subscription Renewal Notice 2023/24

Your subscription for 2023/24 is now due. Your payment must be received in the office by
Friday 1st April 2023. Failure to have paid by this date may prevent you from
playing in Club competitions. In order to assist the processing of subscription fees, earlier
payment would be appreciated.

It is essential that you inform the Secretary of your intentions for the 2023/2024
season. Please do not assume, by you not contacting the Secretary, that your
subscription has been cancelled. Please make contact with the Secretary, to inform
him of your decision to cancel your subscription

Payment Methods
The various options for payment of your subscription are:

1. Payment in full by 1st April (by cash, cheque, debit or credit card).
There is no charge for payment by credit card.

2. Standing Order payments set up by yourself can be made in the same manner as last
year, over a period of 10 calendar months and to paid in on the 15 th of each month
between April 2023 to January 2024. All members must complete a standing order
form available from the office.
3. Only membership subscriptions can be paid via standing order, all other debits e.g.,
lockers and CUGC must be settled in advance.

4. Club Bank Account

If you wish to pay the full amount electronically into the bank, please use your name
as a reference.

Any member who leaves the club during the subscription year, regardless of the
method of payment, is reminded that they still have to complete payment of the full
year’s subscription.

Sickness/Illness Insurance Cover

Members should ensure they have adequate insurance cover for their subscription payments if
they should fall ill and be unable to play golf for any period of time.
Your bag tag sticker will be available when payment has been received.
