Often Self-discovery processes are important to any organization
because they help employees improve their self-awareness and gain an
understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately, this allows
them to more effectively contribute to the organization and reach their
highest potential. As studied by, the process also provides employees with
an opportunity to reflect on their career goals and objectives, creating a
sense of ownership and motivation. Further, organizations carry out elf-
discovery processes to help them to create a better team dynamic, as
