1. Inspection conducted for the documents submitted.
2. Water proofing activity presently not seen at site so visual inspection not conducted.
3. Instead of Manufacturers safety data sheet, Technical data sheet submitted.
4. Ensure the use of third party certified machines.
5. Only competent operatives allowed to operate with required personnel protective
equipment’s.
6. Display MSDS, MSRA, permit to work & Prestart Briefing document at the work
location.
7. Ensure drip tray for the chemical.
8. Provide whiplash arrestor for the pump hose joints.
9. Provide barricade with signage to the above mentioned area.
10. Ensure all requirements as per local regulations to be complied.
11. Ensure that the Project HSE Plan is perfectly implemented at the site.
