MIGUEL GRAU
Miguel Grau Seminario was a Peruvian military sailor and
polítician, and posthumously Grand Admiral of the
Peruvian Navy. Miguel Grau represents glory, honot and
courage. He represents a symbol of love for the country
and the nation. He was born on July 27th in 1834, in Paita-
Perú. And he died on October 8th in 1879, in Punta
Angamos, in Chile.

ANDRÉS AVELINO CÁCERES DORREGARAY


He was born on November 10, 1836-Lima, he served
asa soldier and politician in Peru, he also fought
in the war of the Pacific and was Constitutional President
of Peru on two occasions: From 1886 to 1890 and from
1894 to 1895. He was known for Chileans with the
nickname “El Brujo de los Andes", because he used to
evade maneuvers andacted with such fluidity that he
seemed to be present everywhere. In addition, he is the
patron saint of the Infantry Weapon of the Peruvian Army.
His famous phrase was: "Did, but don't change your flag".
