1. How to add employees and assign them to a hierarchy.

Users can be added into Zoho people through multiple methods.

1. Inviting
2. Adding directly(Verified Domain)
3. Importing (multi invite/add direct)

Once users are added, they can be added to the appropriate


departments and designation by first configuring the same and
then mapping the users to these departments and

2. How to initiate a performance review for the said


employees.The employess should have atleast 2 levels of
hierarchy.

The hierarchy of employees is based on the “reporting to”


configured for the users within their employee form. A
performance review can be initated for users by first configuring
an appraisal cycle. The steps for the same can be found under
the below provided link.Do ensure to define the
metrics(Goals,KRA,Competency,etc) and map them to the users
prior to start of apprisal cycle.

If 2 levels of heirarchy are required for the appraisal cycle. it


can cbe configured as shown below

3.How to view the appraisal data for all direct and indirect
subordinates once a appraisal cycle is initiated.

Currently viewing of appraisal data(Goals, KRA) of indirect


subordinates as required from client end is not supported within
the system.
