Standing Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the meeting

1. National Review Conference of DoSJ&E with States/UTs will be held in the

Summit Hall, Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on 12th & 13
February, 2024.

2. Entry to be made from Gate No. 7 of Bharat Mandapam, adjacent to Supreme

Court Building, Mathura Road, New Delhi.

3. Passes for the Officers have already been issued and sent to the concerned State
Government Bhawan/ Sadan situated in Delhi. passes can be collected from the
Reception of the respective Bhawans of the respective States/UTs of the
officials situated in New Delhi.

4. It may be noted that no entry will be permitted without the entry passes inside
Bharat Mandapam.

5. The Meeting will start at 9:30 AM sharp on both the days.

6. Only 03 Officers from each State/ UTs related to the particular Session may
remain present in the meeting Hall. Other officers may wait outside the
Meeting Hall.

7. There will be provision of Tea & light refreshment from 9:00 AM to 9:20 AM.

8. All the participants are requested to be seated in the meeting Hall by 9:25 AM.
9. There will be provision of “Sit-down” High Tea and “Sit-down” Lunch for the
Senior most Officers of the State Government/ UTs and JS & above Officers of
the MoSJE.

10.A helpdesk of the department will be available at Gate No. 7 of the Bharat
Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for convenience.

11.All the Delegates are requested to reach the venue by 09:00 AM. For any
