Case:- Marketing Perspective: Harshraj College of Pharmacy (HCP) Harshraj College of Pharmacy (HCP) is a renowned Educational Institution imparting Pharma Education since 2008. The Institute runs the 4 year full time Pharma Education Programme under autonomous status and 2 years full time M Pharma (Autonomous). The Intake being 60 students per year for B Pharma and 30 for M Pharma, the seats remain vacant after the admission process. The Institute is situated at the outskirts of Mumbai in an area of 25 acres. The Institute’s Management is now looking into employing some developmental aspects to achieve the target of full enrollment per year and may be in 2 years time increase the intake to 120 students in B Pharma.
