Case:-
Marketing Perspective: Harshraj College of Pharmacy (HCP) Harshraj College of
Pharmacy (HCP) is a renowned Educational Institution imparting Pharma Education
since 2008. The Institute runs the 4 year full time Pharma Education Programme under
autonomous status and 2 years full time M Pharma (Autonomous). The Intake being 60
students per year for B Pharma and 30 for M Pharma, the seats remain vacant after
the admission process. The Institute is situated at the outskirts of Mumbai in an area of
25 acres. The Institute’s Management is now looking into employing some
developmental aspects to achieve the target of full enrollment per year and may be in
2 years time increase the intake to 120 students in B Pharma. The regulatory body for
the Institute is PCI & AICTE and the Institute has managed to clear all expectations of
the APEX body. The Institute hires the consultant for the project “Akanksha – Hope
for renaissance” where by it expects them to deliver results in the form of Ideas
pertaining to their aim of reaching “Full seats status” and probably increasing seats in
near future.
1. Marketing and Outreach:

▪ Implement a robust marketing strategy to promote the


institution locally and nationally.
▪ Participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops
to showcase the unique features and strengths of the
pharmacy programs.
▪ Leverage digital marketing tools and social media
platforms to reach a wider audience.
2. Collaborations and Partnerships:
▪ Form partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and
healthcare organizations to create internship and placement
opportunities for students.
▪ Collaborate with other educational institutions for joint
programs, research initiatives, or exchange programs.
▪ Establish relationships with high schools to attract more
students to pursue pharmacy education at HCP.
3. Scholarships and Financial Aid:

▪ Introduce merit-based scholarships and financial aid


programs to attract top-performing students.

▪ Partner with governmental and non-governmental


organizations for additional funding opportunities for
deserving students.
4. Infrastructure Development:

▪ Enhance and modernize the campus infrastructure to create


a conducive learning environment.

▪ Invest in state-of-the-art laboratories, libraries, and research


facilities to attract students interested in cutting-edge
pharmaceutical research.
5. Student Support Services:

▪ Strengthen student support services, including counseling,


career guidance, and academic support.

▪ Create mentorship programs to help students navigate their


academic and professional journeys.
6. Feedback Mechanism:

▪ Establish a feedback mechanism for current students to


voice their opinions on the curriculum, facilities, and overall
college experience.

▪ Use feedback to continuously improve and tailor


educational programs to meet student expectations.
