1. Who inspires you to take Bachelor of Elementary Education as your course?

My mother, she is a teacher and watching her teach her students feels like being
good. I really want to teach some good things to the students that is why choosing this
course is nice and good. Also, seeing little kids learn how to read and write makes me
feel like a good person.

2. What inspires you to take education as your profession?

Watching my mother making some story books and watching her teaching the
students inspires me to take this course. And also taking education feels like I am having
some responsibilities to teach good stuffs to the children or students who needs me.

3. What are your expectation/s for this subject, Mathematics Science and
Technology?
For me I expect that this subject will teach me something that is very important in this
course and also to our lives. And I will expect that this subject will be easy and
understandable.

4. What skill/s do you think is/are your strength/s that will help you cope up with the
rapid changes in education in this time of pandemic?
My skills are communication, teamwork, leadership, writing, and social skill. Having this
skills are my strengths that will help me to understand this course.
 5. What are the skill/s that you think you need to improve to cope up with the
demands as a student in dealing with your studies in this time of pandemic?
Time management, I barely manage my time always because I don’t know how to do
it. Decision making, this skill is also my weakness because I can’t really decide on what
should I do first on every work that is assigned to me.

6. How do you cope up with the adjustments and abrupt changes in this time of
pandemic?
Trying to understand about the changes that is uncomfortable to me especially
dealing with my studies in this time of pandemic. Doing physical activities also help me
cope with the adjustment and abrupt changes in this pandemic.

ESSAY
In 150-250 words, explain the connection between Mathematics, Science and
Technology.

Science is the study of the natural world by following a systematic process of

observation, including experiments. Mathematics and technology are tools that
scientists use to help them learn about the world.
Science is the study and observation of the universe. Let's take physics. To
understand physics, you'll need to understand calculus in order to measure how objects
move. Math is the use of numbers and operations. It can be applied to physics, as
previously explained, and engineering, which deals with technology.
Technology involves physics to build tiny little microchips in computers, and to
understand how a satellite will work, as well as math to be able to measure it.
So science is the brains, math is the measurement, and technology is the output.
Using math to develop new science, using science to develop new technology and
using technology to develop better math. This is my understanding about the connection
between Mathematics Science and Technology. Learning their connections is helpful for
me to understand this subject clearly.
