    Dear Sir,

    We refer to your letter dated September 15, 2022, in which you


    stated that you would like to withdraw your claims filed before the
    Associated Marine Officers and Seamen's Union of the
    Philippines (AMOSUP) against your previous company, Leonis Nagivation
    Company, Inc.

    Please be advised that filing of withdrawal of claims before the


    AMOSUP may result in the dismissal of claims with prejudice. As a
    consequence, your claim for your disability benefits against Leonis
    Navigation Company, Inc. shall be permanently barred.

    Should you wish to proceed with the withdrawal of your claims


    against Leonis Navigation Company, Inc., please respond to this letter
    within 5 days and let us know that you are aware of its possible legal
    consequences as abovementioned.
