    If your organisation has an ERG and you aren’t a member, look into joining as an ally. If
    you’re already a member, what could you do to commit more actively to change, based
    on what you learn in the ERG? If your organisation doesn’t have an ERG, find out who you
    can talk to about the importance of setting one up.
