END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

TRIAL LICENSE

This is an agreement between you, the buyer and the licensee, and "GROTESK" (Talya Grotesk). By
downloading, installing and/or implementing this Font package, you agree to comply with the terms of this
End-Use License Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GROTESK.

1. Granted right

GROTESK grants the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable license only for the
purposes of internal testing or student projects. Fonts can be embedded in Portable Document Format
(PDF), PostScript (PS) and Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) les and bitmap images (JPEG, TIFF, PNG). The
Licensee may provide les in which Fonts are embedded to a third party if such third party is the Licensee's
customer and provided that the use of Fonts meets the requirements and restrictions speci ed in paragraph
2, namely, such use is permitted for testing and evaluation purposes only.

2. Requirements and restrictions

2.1 The Licensee undertakes to comply with the following requirements and restrictions:

2.1.2 The Licensee is prohibited from creating products with Fonts for commercial or personal use. Products
created using Fonts are intended for testing and evaluation only.

2.1.3. The Licensee is prohibited from embedding Fonts in any publicly available products or webpages
without the prior written consent of GROTESK.

3. Provision to third parties.

3.1. The Licensee MAY NOT provide the Font to the manufacturer, publisher or other agent working on
behalf of the Licensee, except by embedding or linking in accordance with this End User License Agreement.

3.2. The Licensee MAY NOT provide the Font to the Client or other third party on whose behalf the Licensee
evaluates the Font, except for demonstration purposes in accordance with this End User License Agreement.

4. Other uses

4.1. This End User License Agreement is a "Trial License". Desktop type licenses, for embedding @font-
face, computer applications and games, interactive books to be installed, software, mobile applications and
games, e-books and electronic publications, websites for creating products, distributing website templates,
website templates, and other uses not permitted by this agreement By agreement, may be available for an

5. Modi cations

5.1. The Licensee may not modify Fonts or create derivative works based on Fonts without the prior written
consent of GROTESK. EXCEPT THAT the Licensee may create les necessary for embedding or linking in
accordance with this End User License Agreement.

6. Copyright

6.1. Fonts are protected by copyright law. GROTESK is the sole exclusive owner of all intellectual property
rights, including rights under copyright and trademark law. The Licensee agrees not to use the Fonts in any
way that violates the intellectual property rights of TypeType or the terms of this End User License
Agreement. The Licensee is legally responsible and releases GROTESK from liability for any violations of
rights caused by non-compliance with the terms of this End User License Agreement.

7. Termination of the Agreement

7.1. This License Agreement is valid until terminated. If the Licensee does not comply with any condition of
this End User License Agreement, GROTESK may terminate the End User License Agreement with 30 days
notice. This License Agreement is terminated automatically 30 days after the publication of such noti cation.

8. Applicable law

8.1. This End User License Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Universal Copyright Convention.
