1) INTRODUCTION

A service entry sheet stores a record of all the services that have been procured. In
case of goods procured, we maintain a goods receipt document; whereas in case of
services, we maintain a service entry sheet. It accommodates the charges that we
need to pay to the vendor.

Click on other purchase order

Step 2)

Enter purchase order number with item number / Enter Sheet

Step 3)

After input of WO no system will take you on this screen with highlighted 1st line item of
selected WO. Select desired line item of WO for entry of Service.
Click on Create of entry sheet.

System will open a new black service entry sheet.

Fill up details.
Basic Data > Enter short text & Period

Accept. Date
Input Invoice Date as document date and posting today (or your choice date within system
accepted range.
Then click on Long Txt tab and input long text as per your need.

After the fill all details then click on Service sel. & continue.

After click on continue system will take show this screen window.
Select the line item & click on Services tab to adopt the service or services. (You can select multiple
services at a time)

system will take you back on this screen with additional row with balance quantity in WO
for the selected service.
click on green flog to accept the service. once you accept to service the red DOT will change
to yellow triangle, once you save the SES the yellow triangle to be convert Green.
