Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Website Redesign

1. Scope of Work:

The scope of this agreement covers the redesign and development of the website as
per the requirements outlined by Stephen Wainwright.

2. Project Timeline:

The project is expected to be completed within [Specify Timeline], starting from the
project kickoff date. Any delays or extensions to this timeline will be communicated
promptly to the client.

3. Deliverables:

The following deliverables are expected to be provided as part of the website


redesign:

- Design mockups and wireframes

- Development updates and prototypes

4. Responsibilities:

- The client is responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals

correspondence.

6. Revisions and Changes:

process. Additional changes beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional
charges.

7. Hosting and Domain:

All information and data shared during the project will be treated as confidential and

Final Payment: The complete payment of 200 pounds [100%] upon successful
completion and launch of the redesigned website will be paid to the employee.

10. Maintenance and Support:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice in case of a material
breach by the other party. In such a case, any payments due will be settled based on
the work completed.
